Alessandra Ambrosio Diet Recipe: Apricot and Orange Fluff

The comhination of apricot and orange ıvorks very well together. These fruits are also a great source of betacarotene and vitamin C. Use organically groıvn oranges if you can find them, as their skins have not been sprayed zuith pesticides ıvhich don’t zoash off.

225g (8oz) dried apricots, soaked overnight 225g (8oz) lowfat fromage frais 1 large orange 2 egg whites, beaten until stiff

Cook the apricots in a little water över a moderate heat for 1520 minutes, or until softened. Mash with a fork or puree in a food processor. Allow to cool before mbdng the apricots with the lowfat fromage frais and honey to taste. Slice the orange in half, remove the pips and squeeze the juice into the mbcture. Grate the orange rind into the mbcture, keeping a few strips of orange peel aside for dec oration. Fold in the egg whites and spoon into individual serving bowls. Decorate with small strips of orange rind or grated zest.

600ml (lpt) red grape juice 1.21trs (2pts) nonalcoholic sparkling wine 1.21trs (2pts) ginger ale 1 large orange, sliced
