Onward and downward!
In week five, we’re going to stabilize the bum, feed, and wash cycle, by applying ali three processes simultaneously. We’re also going to continue to reintegrate ali those focds that make life worth living.
You’ll notice that this week there is only one food with a limit on quantity. That’s because I hope you are leaming when enough is enough, experiencing that just because something is good, more is not better.
Of course, you are stili weighing yourself each and every day, aren’t you? As well as writing it down and telling it to the same person? It’s even more important as your diet becomes more discretionary, more liberating. Unless you are weighing yourself, you won’t know what’s working and what’s not.
