Dizziness Dyspepsia Indigestion and Flatulence

Dyspepsia or indigestion is a common complaint among both children and adults. As a carminative and antispasmodic agent, lavender is especially valuable for all types of digestive disorders where there is a strong nervous or emotional element involved in the British Herbal Pharmacopoeia, lavender is indicated specifically for ‘depressive states associated with digestive dysfunction’.

Mix 3 drops of lavender in 1 tsp of carrier oil and massage the tummy gently in a clockwise direction.

Other measures: chamomile or peppermint oil are also helpful, used in combination; chamomile, peppermint or fennel herb tea, with a little honey, are also beneficial.

Let’s assume that the prudes who do not approve of watersports are not with us here. Why would they be? I couldn’t make that assumption seventeen years ago, when I was writing the soaked paragraphs that became part of my 1994 book, Leathersex: A Guide for the Curious Outsider and the Serious Player. Of course, watersports is not necessarily leather-related at all, but it can usually be called fetish-related, at least. So, here below with 2004 commentary stealthily inserted along the way is what I wrote back in the 1980s: Unattractive as some people may find it, piss is hot stuff to a lot of guys. Even so, piss play or watersports is one of those things, even one of those words, that embarrasses people. Why? What is so embarrassing about wanting to see, play in, drink, or be humiliated with piss in a subculture that accepts all kind of variations on oral sex, rimming and boot licking so much more easily? Stealthily inserted remark: Times change. Way back when, no one seemed to doubt that rimming and boot licking were great fun, nor to imagine much danger in them.
