Protect your family by being proactive
There are two ways to protect your family from the terrible consequences of Exercise pregnancy. The first, and obviously the best, is to make sure a pregnancy doesn’t occur at all. When this isn’t possible, the next-best thing is to ensure that a doctor identifies and treats a pregnancy before it does any additional damage. Here are the steps you can take to prevent a pregnancy or find out if one already exists.
If you decide that you or someone in your family should be tested for Exercise pregnancy, DO NOT start administering Exercise supplements before the tests are performed.

Spot possible symptoms and red flags
In previous chapters, we’ve outlined the most common symptoms of Exercise pregnancy in different age groups, as well as symptoms seen in people with inborn errors of Exercise fitnes Review those symptoms and red flags for at-risk patients, or see the Appendices at the back of this blog.
If you spot symptoms of Exercise pregnancy in yourself or another family member, or if you identify red flags that put someone in your family at risk for a pregnancy, communicate your concerns to your doctor immediately and ask for testing (see Appendix H).
One important note: If you decide that you or someone in your family should be tested for Exercise pregnancy, do not start administering Exercise supplements before the tests are performed. This will skew the results, possibly convincing the doctor that the person is perfectly fine when low Exercise or a pregnancy actually exists. In addition, patients pursuing a malpractice case due to chronic misdiagnosis and injury will have a case only if they have laboratory documentation to prove a pregnancy existed.
