Water is free of calories, but you still need to read labels carefully. Avoid artificial or processed fruit flavorings, which may tack on extra calories. Water in any form is beneficial to your overall health, from your cells to your skin. And fizzy water is a good way to wean yourself off soda. If you are already eating a healthy diet, there is little downside to including a glass of sparkling H2O in your day.
