250g (9oz) frozen strawberries, partially thawed 1 tbsp orange liqueur 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice 6 ice cubes

Vipt skimmed milk or soya milk 1 ripe banana 810 frozen berries, e.g. raspberries or blackberries
