Arching Back. When you first arch back you may not get very far, but concentrate on exhaling and do the best you can. At some point, even if you feel hesitant, use some positive thinking and drop your head back. Then let those elbows slide smoothly and slowly out from under you and let your shoulders melt onto the floor. Your mental attitude is important here, so relax don’t tense up just because you arch back. Do so slowly, with control, and absolutely nothing will happen to you. Don’t forget to breathe! .
