I wasn’t used to it, and I didn’t feel that I could be sophisticated, sexy, or successful with my kinky curls. But staring in the mirror that clay, I knew my mind set had to change. It took a few months and many YouTube videosfor me to learn how to manipulate and work with my hair, and eventually I began to accept and love how it looked.
