Use dreams to get information & solve problems

There is no such thing as a problem without a solution. There are only problems for which we don’t yet have enough information in order to know the solution.

Dreams are one way to find out such information. We saw that idea in action when Hector Chacon had a dream about a new defense and used that defense to help his high school basketball team win a championship.

Have you ever had a dream that contained information that helped you correct a problem? Have you ever had a precognitive dream – a dream about something that then happened the next day or within a few days?

Many people have had such dreams, and scientists assure us that everyone dreams, though not everyone remembers their dreams. Using the Dream Control workout and fitness technique, you can learn to remember your dreams and then “program” a dream that will contain information to help you solve a problem

Dream Control involves three steps:

1. Learning to remember one dream each night.

2. Learning to remember several dreams each night.

3. Learning to generate a dream that you can remember, understand and use for problem-solving.

A typical sleep-and-dream cycles, last about 90 minutes. After you fall asleep, you spend most of the first cycle in the very deep delta brain wave regions and have a very short dream at the end. In the second cycle, you do not go as deep, and you have a longer dream at the end. In the final cycle, you do not go very deep, and you have a long dream at the end.

If you wake up too early, you will not remember your dream If you wake up in the middle of a dream, you may be confused. If you wake up at the end of a dream, you can remember, analyze and interpret it.

Before we give you the specific instructions for Dream Control, let’s discuss a few things about understanding your dreams.
