Skin Nutritional Oils

Avocado Oil.

The avocado oil obtained from the flesh of the fruit of the avocado tree (Persea americana) is very rich and contains nourishing oils, proteins and minerals in its unpurified form. Finished products may give a slightly greenish color.

I also prefer to use unscented oil in many skin care products (especially for dry, stretched and cracked skin), although it has a distinct and sharp scent, because it has protein and vitamins A, D and E at a much higher rate.

Especially for extremely dry skin, use 100% as your base blend.

Sunflower Seed Oil.

Sunflower seed oil is obtained by crushing the seeds of the plant Helianthus annuus with high and radiant petals. It is rich in oils and vitamins and it is cheap enough to be used in all kinds of skin care products.

This lightweight oil forms a layer that can be called the second skin after drying. Some love this feeling; Others do not like.

Regardless of your preference, in cases where extra protection is required, this oil is particularly useful in winter.
