1 vanilla pod 1 banana 250ml almond milk 1 tbsp ground cinnamon 1 tbsp hemp powder 4 ice cubes Cut off the ends of the vanilla pod and slice it lengthways to expose the seeds. Gently scrape out the seeds and blend with the rest of the ingredients. Knock back. Juicy secret: Cinnamon has long been used in Chinese medicine to treat colds, indigestion and cramps. It also stabilises blood-sugar levels – a diabetic’s BFF.
