It’s time to take a serious look at your body, and decide what you want to do with it, and how you want it to look. Be realistic. Give some serious considerations to what you want to be physically. In all probability, you no longer expect to be an Olympic athlete or a fashion model.
On the other hand, you may be looking to the other extreme, toward goals that are really too modest, like being less than fat and relatively healthy. I know that many of my patients come to me thinking that such goals would be quite alright even more than they can hope for.
